Curriculum
Your Journey from Tool User to AI Workforce Manager
Over 10 sessions across 5 weeks, you will build three AI-powered departments and a personal capstone project, moving from your first connected agent to a fully integrated system running on your real accounts.
MODULE 1
Create Your AI Secretary
This module builds the foundation every later module depends on. You will connect AI to your real tools, design your first agents, and graduate with a secretary agent that sends you a personalized brief every morning, automatically, without being asked.
Key Skills:
Connecting AI to real tools
Scheduling agents to run without you
Notion
Open Claw
Open Claw
MODULE 2
Create your AI Finance Manager
This module focuses on how AI handles documents, data, and money. You will build agents that read invoices, reconcile bank statements, and close the month, automatically posting reports to your management board.
Key Skills:
Document & PDF extraction
n8n workflow orchestration
Data matching & exception detection
Scheduled financial reporting
Cross-department handoffs (Finance → Management)
MODULE 3
Create Your AI Customer Agent
This module puts AI in front of your customers. You will build agents that answer WhatsApp messages, find and score leads overnight, and hand closed deals directly to Finance, no human in between.
Key Skills:
Meta WhatsApp Business API & webhooks
Lead sourcing, scoring & CRM logging
Multi-agent handoff
Agent measurement & governance
Efficient Replies
MODULE 4
Capstone: Your Own AI Department
No new tools - you compose what you own. You will design, build, harden, and publicly demo a personal hero agent built around your own industry and real workflows. The final session is Demo Day: live, on real devices, with an executive-style review.
Key Skills:
Scoping a vague idea into a buildable spec
Porting from sandbox to real accounts
Measuring agent performance
Building a before/after delegation map
Presenting a transformation to an executive audience
5 weeks
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday & Wednesday)
10 sessions
Every session ends with something running that wasn't before. You pair a concept with a build on your actual workflows, not just watching nor toy demos. Each week's system stacks on the last, and what starts as one automation finishes as a full AI powered real work.
Campus Easy Access
Easily accessible from major areas in Kuwait, with nearby parking and services so getting to class is the easiest part of your day.

Modern Classrooms
Large screens, fast Wi-Fi, and power outlets everywhere—set up to code, debug, and present comfortably for hours.

Active Workspaces
Shared workstations, and collaboration spaces designed for pair programming, group projects, and project reviews.

Coffee Refreshers
Coffee, tea, and light snacks available so you can recharge between sessions and stay focused after a long workday.

Flexible Payment Plans
Powered by Rubapay

All bootcamp payments are processed through Rubapay, with flexible options that match your budget. Pay once, split into four interest-free payments, or spread the cost over twelve months — all designed to make your learning experience easier and stress-free.

Is this just another "learn AI" course?
No — and that's the whole point. Most AI training ends with a clever prompt and a chatbot. This ends with AI departments that run real parts of your business without you in the room. You don't leave knowing more about AI; you leave with AI already doing your work.
Do I have to pay anything extra for AI credits or tools?
You'll have to have a credit card where you'll purchase some tools and pay for APIs. And we give you everything you need to build during the program — the setup, the guidance, and the frameworks. Beyond that, the investment to run your own systems is yours, because the systems are yours.
Why build this myself instead of just hiring someone to do it or wait for my IT team?
Because the person who understands your work is you. A consultant hands you a black box you can't change; this makes you the person who can build, adjust, and govern these systems — for this problem and the next ten. You stop depending on someone else every time the work shifts.
My data is sensitive. Is this safe to actually deploy?
Governance is built into every system you make — approval checkpoints, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls — so you decide what your AI can do on its own and what needs your sign-off. You leave knowing how to run these systems responsibly, not just quickly.
What do I walk out with?
Three working AI departments deployed on your own accounts, a portfolio of systems doing real work, and a CODED certificate — plus the standing to be the person your organisation turns to when the conversation turns to AI. Systems you own, not notes you file away.
