What should I include in my application?
Send a CV and answer the short questions on the role. If you have a portfolio, GitHub, writing samples, lesson plans, or past work—include it. We care more about evidence of execution than perfect formatting.
Do you hire part-time, contractors, or instructors?
Sometimes—depending on the program calendar and role. Instruction, teaching assistants, and program support roles are often available as part-time or contract. If you only want “light hours” with low ownership, it’s probably not a match.
What is the work sample and how hard is it?
It’s a practical task that looks like the real job—nothing academic or trick-based. It’s designed to be reasonable, role-relevant, and focused on how you think and execute. If you refuse work samples on principle, you’ll hate working here.
Can I apply if I don’t have a traditional degree or background?
Yes—if you can demonstrate capability. We’re outcome-driven: strong projects, real experience, and clear proof of skills beat credentials. But “I’m passionate” without proof won’t pass.
Will I hear back, and do you give feedback?
We respond to shortlisted candidates and keep the process clear. Feedback is typically shared after later stages (work sample/interviews) where it’s meaningful. If you need constant reassurance, this environment will frustrate you.
