Overview

What You'll Walk Out With

You'll build

Fluency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy for robust data manipulation and analysis.

How we teach

70 / 30 hands-on. Every session ships a working artefact.

Walk out with

Ship an end-to-end data science capstone — from problem scoping through model deployment and a live demo.

Curriculum

AI & Data Science Curriculum

5 PM – 8:45 PM. 10 weeks total.

  1. Module 1

    Python Foundations & Libraries

Build Python fluency from scratch using real datasets — variables, control flow, functions, then NumPy and Pandas for cleaning and analysis. Close the block with a mini-project turning raw data into a visual story.

  2. Module 2

    Data Preparation

Source real-world data through APIs and web scraping with BeautifulSoup, then merge, clean, and prepare it for analysis. Two hands-on mini-projects pressure-test the full pipeline.

  3. Module 3

    Exploratory Data Analysis

Assess data quality, run text analysis, and apply descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Cover hypothesis testing, then close with a full EDA project submitted on Kaggle.

  4. Module 4

    Machine Learning Foundations

Frame the right business question, train baseline models, and validate them honestly. Cover underfitting, overfitting, and hyperparameter tuning. Submit a tuned model graded on real performance.

  5. Module 5

    Applied Machine Learning

Push machine learning into production workflows — evaluation metrics, feature engineering, imbalanced classification, ensembles, MLOps, time series, and unsupervised learning. Close with reinforcement learning.

  6. Module 6

    Deep Learning

Work hands-on with pre-trained models from Hugging Face and apply transfer learning and fine-tuning across language tasks. Explore computer vision through CNNs and transformer-based architectures.

  7. Module 7

    Generative AI & AI Agents

The differentiator block — move from using AI to directing it. Master production-grade prompt engineering, RAG, and single and multi-agent systems. Deploy an end-to-end AI application with Streamlit, Gradio, and Lovable.

  8. Module 8

    Capstone Project

Consolidate everything into a live, deployed AI product. Scope, build, deploy, and document. Enterprise-sponsored problem statements welcomed. Close with demo day to peers and stakeholders.

Audience

Who This Is For

Aspiring data scientists and analysts moving past Excel into Python and ML. Engineers and developers adding AI capability to their toolkit. Finance, operations, and business analysts who want hands-on AI fluency. Managers operationalizing AI workflows in their team.

Outcomes

What Attendees Walk Out With

  • Fluency in Python, Pandas, and NumPy for robust data manipulation and analysis.
  • Create compelling visualizations with Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly, plus business dashboards.
  • Apply advanced AI across NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs) with hands-on transfer learning and fine-tuning.
  • Direct AI through production-grade prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and single and multi-agent systems.
  • Ship an end-to-end data science capstone — from problem scoping through model deployment and a live demo.

FAQ

Frequently Asked

Can we customize the workshop for our industry?

Yes. For private cohorts, we tailor the briefs, scenarios, and examples to your industry — retail, banking, real estate, F&B, government, or any other sector. The tools and methodology stay the same; the content and use cases adapt to your business.

What happens after the workshop?

Every participant leaves with the artefacts, templates, and workflows they built during the workshop. These are designed to be self-sustaining with no ongoing dependency on CODED. For teams that want continued support, we offer follow-up sessions and advanced modules.

Can we run this privately for our team?

Yes. We offer private cohorts for companies with 8 or more participants. Contact [email protected] for scheduling and group pricing.

How is this different from a generic AI workshop?

This is not an overview of AI tools. Participants do not watch demos and leave with notes — they build real, working artefacts using their own data and their own briefs. Every output is reusable and tailored to their company.

Ready to enroll your team?

Send us the headcount. We'll come back with seat confirmation, the next available cohort, and the invoice.
