What You'll Walk Out With
You'll build
Offensive Security: Conducting structured penetration tests, web application exploitation, Active Directory attack chains, and lateral movement across hybrid enterprise environments.
How we teach
70 / 30 hands-on. Every session ships a working artefact.
Walk out with
AI-Augmented Operations: Leveraging AI to accelerate reconnaissance, log investigation, threat hunting, detection refinement, and security reporting workflows.
Who This Is For
Built for enterprise teams and technical professionals who need practical, real-world cybersecurity operations skills spanning both offensive (red team) and defensive (blue team) disciplines.
What Attendees Walk Out With
- Offensive Security: Conducting structured penetration tests, web application exploitation, Active Directory attack chains, and lateral movement across hybrid enterprise environments.
- Defensive Security: Operating within SOC workflows, triaging alerts, analyzing logs, and using SIEM platforms for threat detection and investigation.
- Incident Response & Forensics: Managing the full lifecycle of a security incident, performing disk, memory, and network forensics, and producing structured incident response reports.
- Network & Systems Security: Securing Linux and Windows environments, understanding core networking protocols, and navigating hybrid cloud attack surfaces.
- Threat Intelligence & Hunting: Utilizing frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, leveraging OSINT, and executing hypothesis-driven threat hunting operations.
- AI-Augmented Operations: Leveraging AI to accelerate reconnaissance, log investigation, threat hunting, detection refinement, and security reporting workflows.

Frequently Asked
What outcomes can we expect for our team after completing the bootcamp?
Employees graduate as real-world cybersecurity operators able to run structured penetration tests, work SOC alert-triage and SIEM workflows, manage full incident response lifecycles, and use AI to accelerate reconnaissance, threat hunting, and reporting.
Can we track our employees' progress during the program?
Yes. Enterprise investment includes attendance reports and progress updates throughout the bootcamp so you can track each employee's development.
What pricing options are available for multiple employees?
Standard rate is 450 KWD (Phase 1) + 2,150 KWD (Phase 2) per seat. Discounts apply to Phase 2 only, and only if the candidate passes Phase 1: 2 candidates bring Phase 2 to 1,935 KWD, and 3+ candidates bring it to 1,830 KWD per seat.
What certification do employees receive on completion?
Graduates receive a certificate from CODED, the first AI & Tech academy in the Middle East, validating their proficiency in Cybersecurity and readiness to contribute to real-world security projects.
Can the training be customized or scaled for our full team?
Yes. For full-team enrollments (10+ seats) or customized training programs tailored to your company's needs, CODED's enterprise team can be reached directly at [email protected].
