  1. Day 1

    Scrum Framework Deep Dive

    The first day is a deep dive into the Scrum framework. Participants explore why Agile and Scrum matter, then work through the pillars, values, and roles of Scrum, followed by a detailed look at events and artifacts. They also cover the Definition of Done and close the day with a first practice exam and full debrief.

  2. Day 2

    Exam Mastery & Simulation

    The second day focuses on exam mastery and simulation. Participants work through user stories, backlog management, and estimation techniques, then dig into the trickier exam topics including scaling and cross-functional teams. Two more practice exams are completed and debriefed, and the day closes with a live Scrum simulation followed by a retrospective.

Do I need a technical background?

No. You should have working knowledge of project delivery in any methodology. No prior Agile certification or coding background needed. Instructors guide you through every concept.

What tools will I use?

The Scrum Guide, PSM I practice exams, sample backlog/Jira boards, and Kahoot for interactive review. Bring a laptop and a notebook.
